How long will balloons last?

11” latex balloons generally last between 10–12 hours when filled with helium, and about 2–3 days when treated with Hi-Float. Foil balloons last approximately 3–5 days. Air-filled balloons generally last for a couple of weeks but will not float.

What is Hi-Float?

Hi-Float is a liquid protective coating inserted into the balloon and spread around to prevent helium from escaping quickly. It is water-soluble and non-toxic. There is an extra cost for treating balloons with Hi-Float or similar solutions.

What does it cost to have balloons at my event?

Each event is unique, so a general price list is difficult to provide. Pricing depends on factors such as distance to the job site, setup time, and the type of décor selected. Please speak with one of our event planners to discuss designs, themes, and pricing.

Why can’t I just blow balloons up the day before my event?

Accepted Answer

Foil balloons can usually be inflated the day before without issues. However, latex balloons must be treated with Hi-Float to ensure they float longer than 24 hours.

Do you charge a delivery fee and if so what is it?

Yes, there is a delivery and installation fee for all balloon decorating jobs. Please speak with an event planner for specific fee details.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The minimum order for delivery is AED 150 for Dubai, AED 500 for Sharjah, and AED 1000 for Abu Dhabi.

Is there a delivery charge?

Yes. Delivery charges apply regardless of order amount: AED 25 for Dubai and AED 80 for Sharjah (case-by-case basis). Promotion: Free delivery in Dubai for orders over AED 500.

How can I avail my discount?

The discount is available only on second orders with a value above AED 500.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

No refund is available if the order has already been prepared or if cancellation occurs within 15 hours before delivery. If you cancel at least 15 hours before delivery and the balloons have not been inflated, you will receive a 95% refund to the original payment card (5% bank fee deduction). Refunds typically take 5–7 working days.

What are your payment terms?

All orders must be paid 100% in advance. You may book your date and slot with a 50% advance payment, and the remaining 50% must be paid one day before the setup date.
